Speakin is an on-site device that capture people's experiences when they are actually experiencing it.
Speakin is controlled using voice commands and will record audio of the users' responses to a question on the screen.
When I started developing Speakin the idea I was presented with was closer to an open microphone where customers or visitors could press a button and record their opinions. I have since developed it into what you see today.
Beyond R&D
In dialogue with the client I will create a question and a customized GUI according to their branding and other wishes. I will prepare the hardware for delivery, supervise the data collection and provide technical support. In order to extract valuable business insights from the data I do a thematic analysis with category groups, categories, keywords, filters and RegEx. I will also design the data visualization in a dashboard
